Her former staff members have now come forward to share how Meghan Markle has been a demon boss compared to the glowing accounts recently shared in the media. Cited by The Daily Beast, several people who worked for Meghan during her time as a royal described her as a difficult and demanding boss, with some even referring to her as a demon and recalling her “psycho moments” in the workplace.
Some staffers also called Meghan a “generous” employer.
In contrast to the ones who thought Meghan was a demanding employer, some current and ex staffers called her a generous and thoughtful employer who regularly gave her team freshly cut flowers and home-produced eggs, as reported in a US Weekly report. One employee said, “The time I spent working with Prince Harry and Meghan was incredibly meaningful to me.”
Other media portals, however, have painted her as a dictating employer.
As per The Hollywood Reporter, Meghan is a “dictator in high heels,” allegedly reducing “grown men to tears” with her harsh management style. A source told THP, “Everyone’s terrified of Meghan. She belittles people; she doesn’t take advice. They’re both poor decision-makers; they change their minds frequently.” However, while speaking to The Daily Beast, another source close to Prince Harry and Meghan denied these allegations, calling these claims a “fabrication.”

An ex-staffer told The Daily Beast, “There have been plenty of difficult royals over the years, and I do think that after the ill-feeling of Megxit, Meghan’s bad moments were amplified and distorted and blown out of proportion.” The source then gave examples of Princess Margaret, who famously had staff hold out their hands to use as ashtrays, and Prince Andrew, who was infamous for his poor treatment of palace workers. She added that there were “bad, very bad, even psycho moments” when Meghan allegedly scolded staff both in person and over the phone, making them feel terrible.
