Stacey Boyd is an American entrepreneur, educator, and founder of Olivela, a luxury fashion and beauty retail platform with a mission to give back to those in need. By combining high-end retail with philanthropy, Stacey has redefined how businesses can contribute to social good, creating a model that allows consumers to make an impact with every purchase.

Stacey’s professional journey began in education. She earned her MBA and Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University, where she developed a passion for creating systemic change. Early in her career, she worked in education management, founding the Academy of the Pacific Rim, a high-performing charter school in Boston, and later serving as an education advisor to global organizations and governments.

The idea for Olivela came to Stacey during a visit to a refugee camp in Kenya with Malala Yousafzai, the Nobel laureate and education activist. Moved by the stories of young girls who lacked access to education, Stacey was inspired to create a business that could bridge the gap between luxury retail and philanthropy. In 2017, she launched Olivela, a platform that donates a percentage of every sale to causes such as education for girls, healthcare, and other social initiatives.

Under Stacey’s leadership, Olivela has partnered with over 25 philanthropic organizations, including the Malala Fund, CARE, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The company has donated millions of dollars to these causes, funding education for girls around the world and making luxury shopping a vehicle for positive change.

Stacey’s innovative approach to business has earned her recognition as one of Forbes’ 50 Over 50 and a leader in socially conscious entrepreneurship. She is also a sought-after speaker on topics such as sustainable business, education, and women’s empowerment.

Stacey Boyd’s work exemplifies how business can be a force for good. Through Olivela, she continues to inspire consumers and entrepreneurs alike, proving that commerce and compassion can coexist to create meaningful impact globally.
