In a photograph, Kate goes completely topless in water and looks straight into the camera, wearing a pair of white gold and diamond. She is also seen flaunting her small bird tattoo on her wrist.

Recalling an incident during filming, Kate says that a crew member asked her to sit up straighter in a scene in a bikini to hide her belly roll.

Speaking about the incident, Kate recalled the conversation while filming a scene where Lee is sitting on a bench in a bikini, and one of the crew members comes up to her between takes and says, “You might want to sit up straighter.” Kate replied, “So you can’t see my belly rolls? Not on your life! It was deliberate, you know?”

The actor said she doesn’t mind looking less than perfect on screen and said, “The opposite. I take pride in it because it is my life on my face, and that matters. It wouldn’t occur to me to cover that up.”
