Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s divorce news has affected the sale process of their $68m Beverly Hills mansion.

The Beverly Hills mansion is worth $68 million, and the former couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s, aka Bennifer’s marital pad, is now stuck in the middle due to their divorce news. Reports also claim that, on the one hand, the sale process of the mansion is affected, and on the other hand, tax bills have skyrocketed.

The sale of Bennifer’s massive mansion is stuck.

The sale of Jennifer Lopez, aka J.LO, and Ben Affleck’s massive Beverly Hills mansion, worth $68 million, is stuck due to their divorce news. Despite being the hottest property available for sale and being on the market for more than a month, it has failed to attract buyers and investors while also facing a tax crisis.

The mansion will cost the new owner even more money.

The mansion, a 38,000-square-foot house listed on Zillow for a whopping $68 million, will cost the new owner even more money as the LA mansion’s tax bill is being swept under the rug. As per the New York Post, the one who eventually buys the property at Beverly Hills will have to pay the tax bill as well, which rakes up to over $1,000 a day, to keep things running at the estate.

No committed offers or deals.

TMZ reported that while the 12-bedroom and 24-bathroom grand estate “has had plenty of showings since it was listed publicly in July,” there have been no committed offers or deals so far.

“Bennifer” reportedly purchased the property for more than $60 million in 2023. Even with the highest-quality renovations done, it’s difficult to tell why their listing soared to $8 million in higher digits in less than a year. A report by the NY Post said that Zillow estimated the property’s tax bill last year at more than $400,000.
