According to an official, the voter turnout for the Sri Lanka presidential election on Saturday is estimated to be 75 percent. Saman Sri Ratnayaka, the Director General of Elections, announced that the voter turnout in the country for the presidential election is expected to be 75 percent. This percentage would be lower than the 83 percent voter turnout recorded in the previous presidential election held in November 2019.
